Processing of Application

Once we receive your application, we will organize it based on your church’s size and the description of its needs. During our review of your application, we will conduct our independent research, which includes attending the services and gathering our own data based on observations.

Response of Decision

After completing our comprehensive decision-making process, our team will reach out to you with our response. Kindly be aware that our response time may vary depending on our research duration and current scheduling.

Planning and Implementation

Following our team’s comprehensive research via meetings and on-site visits, we will formulate a strategy to determine the most suitable solutions, taking into account the resources currently available to us. This planning phase will be a collaborative effort with your church and could span from several hours to a few weeks.

Follow Up and Evaluation

After completing the implementation of the solutions, we will initiate follow-up assessments at the 4-week and 8-week interval. In addition, we may request a testimonial for the purpose of helping other churches in need.
